Acceptable Use Policy

DemonDev builds across crypto, automation, gaming, and AI — categories where the line between legitimate work and abuse can be narrow. This policy describes what we will and will not build, and what conduct will result in immediate engagement termination.

1 · We will not build

Regardless of payment offered, DemonDev will not build any of the following:

  • Malware, ransomware, or stealers — including credential grabbers, RATs, keyloggers, token grabbers, clipboard hijackers, and the like.
  • DDoS, stresser, or booter services in any form.
  • Spam-at-scale infrastructure — bulk-mailers without explicit recipient consent, mass DM-sending, scraping for non-public PII.
  • Phishing kits, fake-login pages, or scam-shop fronts — including OnlyFans / Discord-Nitro / Steam-gift / crypto-airdrop scam pages.
  • Cheats for live multiplayer games where they would harm other players (aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, exploits) — single-player macros and accessibility tools are fine.
  • Tools to evade enforcement — Discord ban evaders, alt-account farms, ToS-circumvention for any platform.
  • Content harming minors — any system that facilitates CSAM, grooming, or exploitation.
  • Election manipulation, harassment campaigns, or doxing tools.
  • Pump-and-dump or wash-trading bots on regulated exchanges.
  • Anything illegal in either DemonDev's or the Client's jurisdiction.

2 · Crypto-specific rules

Crypto bots and trading tools are sensitive. We will build:

  • Sniping bots, MEV-aware execution, on-chain analytics — operating against your own funds.
  • Trading dashboards, portfolio trackers, signal bots.
  • Smart-contract audits and security scanners.

We will not build:

  • Honeypot contracts.
  • Rug-pull contracts (mint-unlimited, blacklist-on-sell, sell-tax-99%, etc.).
  • Bots intended to drain victim wallets via approved-spend or seed-phrase phishing.
  • Wash-trading or fake-volume bots used to manipulate market perception for fundraising or listings.

3 · Discord / FiveM / platform compliance

  • Bots and scripts must comply with the host platform's ToS (Discord, FXServer/FiveM, Roblox, Unity, Apple, Google, etc.). DemonDev is not responsible for Client deployments that violate platform rules.
  • FiveM scripts that enable cheating or undisclosed surveillance of players will not be developed.
  • Anti-cheat / admin tools are explicitly fine.

4 · Conduct in our community

Inside discord.gg/5dRK2tXfbD and elsewhere on our channels:

  • No harassment, slurs, hate speech, threats, or doxing.
  • No scam-link spam, NSFW DMs to other members, or unsolicited advertising.
  • No pretending to be DemonDev or staff.
  • No requesting work that would violate this AUP. Even "just for fun" — we still won't do it.

5 · Enforcement

Violations may result in any combination of the following at DemonDev's sole discretion:

  • Immediate engagement termination, with no refund of deposits or work in progress.
  • Revocation of Shop item licenses.
  • Permanent ban from the Discord and refusal of future work.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities or platforms where required by law.

6 · Reporting violations

7 · Updates

We may update this policy as the work we do evolves. Material changes are announced in #announcements.
